Job Description:
The Store Marketplace Operations manager is accountable to drive & achieve marketplace Business goals related to sales results and overall customer experience. She/he needs to define local tactics & operational plan for Store Business as a seller in some of the major WW marketplaces. She/he has to implement & drive marketplace operations, optimizing the seller account and ensuring the proper set up is in place managing day to day business and improvement tasks. She/he must align with local and central business teams to define the best possible customer experience within the marketplace.

Knowledge & Skills: Sales skills, Analytics knowledge, Margin understanding, marketplaces sales motion, seller account optimization, Experience selling on eBay, 3P Management, Growth & digital marketing marketplace strategy
Business Objectives:
- Sales targets by PPS BU (Consumer/Commercial Print HW/ Supplies)
- Deliver on Monthly/Quarterly forecast
- Achieve highest customer ratings
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Ensure Availability & Delivery timelines
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Support in half year Business Plan including bridge gap & operational planning
Daily/Weekly review of marketplace activities
Work Process Of Mgt @ country level / Europe interface
Drive discussions with external providers and teams to ensure seamless HP Store execution in mktplace.
