Reporting directly into the Director of Sales and Marketing, the person will be in charge of:
Leading the commercial activities of the Business Unit.
Consolidating the growth in some strategic markets such as Spain, Germany, Benelux, France, UK and Scandinavia.
Leading the category and motivating the sales team (2 people) under your responsibility to achieve common goals.
Building, in conjunction with the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Annual Sales Budget, Business Plan and and go-to-market Strategy in the segment.
Analysing and monitoring of KPIs and business results.
Taking ownership over management and P&L responsibilities.
Conducting market research, identifying insights for new product developments, identifying market trends and evolution.
Building trust-filled partnerships with customers and prospects.
Participating and actively supporting the rest of cross-functional teams, while ensuring alignment with other markets and HQ for global initiatives.
Continuously work on improving the customer excellence in your segment.
