Job Description:

Strategic collaboration developing company’s brand positioning at global level and its adaptation regionally.
Collaboration in the development of principal Marketing campaigns at the Global level (e.g., Christmas campaign) which includes: Briefing the Design team, Marketing team’s coordination, planning, and ensuring compliance with objectives & budget.
Development of the adapted communication plan for each region + budget management: selection of PR&Coms agencies, Media Houses & Influencers Plan.
Built-up Partnerships / Co-brandings to maximize brand exposure at the WW level.
Coordination and leadership of the team of local MKT Managers.
Collaboration in the definition of the customer experience + customer journey (online & offline).
Collaboration to unify the Brand experiences, as well as, the development of new products that maximize the revenue of each center.
Ensure the business objectives achievement for all sites.
Guarantee the correct implementation of all brand assets at all touchpoints (online & offline).
Analysis of Campaigns and main initiatives led by the person (follow-up, post-mortem, learnings...)
Ensure internal communication of Mkt initiatives (sites, directors, Management Committee...)
Collaborate in the strategy for site openings.
