The company look for an Operations Manager who can implement, structure and make sure the right processes and practices flow across the organization.
The Operations Manager will assist in improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. This person should be ready to mentor the team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
Assisting in product development (Fom assisting in the development and design of our products and services to overseeing quality control of finished material, services and processes and monitoring budgets)
Strategic planning, critical thinking and proactivity. Anticipation of issues that can affect successful outcomes and approach challenges with creative solutions that help teams meet objectives.
Risk anakysis. Be able to analyze the different aspects of the processes, identify challenges and create solutions and strategies that reduce risks.
Data processing skills. Collecting, entering, organizing and disseminating operational data within the company’s computer and CRM systems.
Assisting in budget management. Track costs, make forecasts about costs and profits and assist in preparing and filing financial reports.
Leadership and staff management. Direct, inspire, support the different teams towards their goals.
Continuously and profressively improving processes and companywide performance.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
Time management skill. Scheduling deadlines, monitoring important production milestones and ensuring teams finish projects within specific deadlines, etc.
Openminded and strong social, intercultural and interpersonal skills.
