Demand and Supply Planner Manager|FMCG Company

An important company in the FMCG sector needs to incorporate the figure of a Demand Planner into its Operations department.

Manage and maintain a skilled, motivated team of Demand and Supply planners to continuously improve the quality of the Demand and Supply Plans and the efficiency with which they are produced.

Ensure continuing alignment with Business priorities, initiatives and activities, and the delivery of performance to agreed KPI levels.

Manage the relationship with Inter-Market Producers and Receivers to ensure efficient and cost-effective replenishment.

Manage the relationship and effective flow of information between the Demand and Supply Planning function and external business partners such as Customers, service providers and vendors.

Effectively contribute to the Business Competitive Planning solution by active and constructive LEADING in the Market Business Strategy , , Monthly Business Planning and Dynamic Forecast processes.
