Job Description:
At least 10 years of experience, miinimum 4 as Marketing Director|Fluency in English
Growing hospitality firm.
Reporting to the COO, the selected candidate will be responsible of the following functions:
Build Country and local Marketing Strategy and Plan.
Manage delivery of national campaigns; both strategy and execution.
Manage delivery of offline marketing campaigns, including participation in local, national or international fairs.
Manage delivery of city specific offline marketing campaigns (in collaboration with Operations), including offline, press and experiential.
Build Digital Marketing Roadmap.
Manage delivery for all aspects of digital lead generation including Paid Search, SEO (including link-building strategy), Listing sites, Online advertising, Third party e-commerce.
Accountability for developing lead conversion E-commerce strategy.
Work with Operations and Sales to develop CRM platform.
Support the management of digital agency.
Overall accountability for delivering a best-in-class consumer website including delivery of a measurable online sales journey.
Work with IT / Systems to ensure full integration with booking system strategy.
Inspire and develop Marketing team.
Work cross-functionally with Senior leadership team.
Seek agreement and approval from Residence Managers and Regional Managers, where spend is required from local P&Ls.
Input to the product definition of new or repositioned assets.
Input to the customer proposition.
