Functions:

* Level 2 Support Specialist
* Carrying out root cause analysis.
* Develop checklists for recurring problems.
* Develop procedure recommendations to prevent problems.
* Evaluate and solve complex problems that arise.
* Resolution of technical problems.
* Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, discovering areas for improvement, translating them to product teams.
* Carrying out requirements analysis.
* Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
* Work closely with clients, technicians and managerial personnel.
* Ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
* Carrying out user acceptance tests.
* Product documentation from a functional perspective
