Job Description:
AWWG is the global fashion group which integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.
We are looking for a Retail Real Estate Consultant who will report to the Retail Strategy Director.

The main responsibilities for this role are the following:
Search for the most appropriate store locations for new openings, as part of the brands’ strategic growth plan, in collaboration with the Retail Directors.
Carry out the negotiation of real estate contracts for new openings, extension contracts, or rent reductions for all brands in the group.
Manage the relationship with Real Estate agents in the different European markets where the brands operate and collect industry knowledge to identify opportunities.
Make recommendations with regards to business opportunities, identifying market trends, consumer behaviour and competitive brands strategies.
Prepare project presentations, capex appraisals and submission packages for internal process and board approval.
Monitor and manage store portfolio, in collaboration with the legal department, ensuring that key dates are observed, that critical deadlines are met and that visibility to our store exposure is granted.
Identify efficiencies and financial opportunities in the Group’s occupancy costs, through the relevant analysis of the leasing terms in our contracts and the industry.
Gather market information and relevant industry content, to support in the decision making of strategic business plans and actions.
