Customer Success Manager B2B|Great opportunity to start your career in a new organization
Retail company in the sports sector
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Monitor and maintain to the optimum the orders books across the retail seasons and manage orders release to the warehouse according to business needs
* Drive and maintain close relation and involve other functions (Logistics, Sales Operations, Credit Control…) to ensure optimal Orders Life Cycle
* Act as a single point of contact for escalation issues influencing and connecting relevant stakeholders to speed up issue resolution
* Maintain proactive and close communication with the external sales team aligning daily business to guarantee a high customer service level at all times
* Hire, lead, develop and motivate the Customer Success team
* Provide support for and identify opportunities to improve customer service performance through continuous process review and best practice evaluation
* Developing and establishing procedures and policies governing customer interactions and the handling of customer feedback
* Provide guidance and assistance to the team as SAP expert
