Job Description:
The Program Operations Department manages operations and protocols for all the programs of IE Business School with the main objective of guaranteeing both quality and efficiency in the processes and consistency across academic programs, and with the ultimate goal of positively impacting student satisfaction and faculty experience.
The assistant will work closely and provide critical support to (mostly) internal stakeholders, such as Program Management, Faculty, Registrar’s Office, Administration Dept., Planning, Publishing, Admissions, IT, etc.
Key Action Areas:
•Provide support on short, medium, and long-term projects related to logistics, planning, and communication with other departments regarding program content such as internships, electives, grade release, and other program administrative matters.
•Handle sensitive information such as grades, ethics committee matters, and other administrative tasks such as compiling and organizing student data, and other program-related information.
•Quickly address concerns, queries, and feedback in a constructive and action-oriented manner.
•Act as liaison to professors and internal (and occasionally external) stakeholders on questions and comments related to program academics, logistics, and other administrative matters.
•Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
