Your mission
Develop analyses, models and reports to effectively monitor performance, trends, and opportunities within social media channels. Determine digital KPIs and reporting models. Evaluate digital campaigns against KPIs and provide analysis and optimization recommendations.
What will the role entail?
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to define Strategy to achieve brand, traffic & conversion goals and implement it across all brand channels.
Help and determine if the social media strategy is on track and performing as planned. Turn data into actionable insights.
Co-define in collaboration with the Social Media Manager the Social Media KPIs for all channels.
Co-work with the Social Media Manager to define & optimize organic & paid campaigns for all SM platforms.
Analyze data and conversations from all social media channels and social listening platform ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
Work closely with social media strategy, community management, creative, and communication teams on social listening insights to help inform and evaluate key decisions.
Collect customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
Responsible for coordinating with the ecom product team to ensure that all necessary integrations between the CRM, ecommerce platform, and individual social channels are functioning properly.
This role will have direct connection with the ecommerce team. Data-driven to make the best decisions to generate sales.
Demonstrate the business impact of data and measure the return on the investment in social media.
