Strategic position for a multinational company (experience in OEM needed)|Opportunities to grow and professional development

Responsibilities:
Marketing
Develop an understanding of market and Van and Truck OEM trends that imply a change in technologies, so existing and future needs within the segmented marketplace can be quantified as potential business opportunities & reflect in a Product Roadmap. Develop and maintain relationship with key Van and Truck manufacturers at Product Management, Converter Support and Engineering departments. Provide leadership to the engineering / product development process to ensure that objectives are timely and prioritized to capture market opportunities for new electric units that generate increased profits, revenue, and market penetration.
Technical
Technical point of contact for Van and Truck OEMs on design, installation, and integration issues for vehicle interface areas. Develop competency in electric vehicle interface and safety standards. Support the company as the industry leader in the successful application of electric transport refrigeration units. Conduct refrigeration system integration and application reviews. Support vehicle and subsystem development and validation testing. Lead application approval testing and evaluation activities with Van and Truck OEMs. Lead and coordinate the resources to be validated as component supplier for Van and Truck OEM. Final responsibility to fulfil compliance for the company’s products with Van and Truck OEM. Identify Van and Truck OEM technology trends such as options to power new electric refrigeration units. Identify EURO7 legislation change implications on the vehicle technology related to changing requirements on the current refrigeration unit architecture and technology. Confirm the possibility to install a refrigeration compressor mechanically powered by vehicle combustion engines or else the need to develop new electrically powered refrigeration units. Drive standardization for an ePTO-connection between vehicle and refrigeration unit. Lead Letter of Non-Objection (LONO) process and obtain written approval for power interaction - or any other interaction - between vehicle and unit.
Communication
Ability to establish strong relationship and constant contact with Van and Truck OEMs at both technical and commercial level. Fluent communication with Van and Truck OEMs. Presentation of solutions and needs. Work with internal and external Product Management, Commercial and Engineering teams to develop proposals based on relevant specifications and requirements. Ability to influence Van and Truck OEM decision making on new electric unit technology.
Sales and business development
Identify new business models and go-to-market strategies for electric units. Develop new sales channels through Van and Truck OEMs, evaluate integration risks and exploit OEM networks for promotional campaigns.
