Your mission is to coordinate layout projects and plant changes, as well as the people involved in the development of new products, obtaining a complete vision of these processes and ensuring that everything is fulfilled on time and in quality.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Ensuring project coordination, communicating with internal and external stakeholders of the project.
Organizing and coordinating meetings with project stakeholders.
Preparing and coordinating project plan documents, checking project metrics and goals.
Following the project numerically and share the situation with the team.
Creating project status reports, creating and managing project risks.
Ensuring the project is compatible with company processes.
Managing customer satisfaction.
Implementation of PMP processes for project management.
Collection of project documents, collection of project needs and announcement to relevant parties.
Provisioning the responsibilities required by the company regarding the Quality and FSC CoC Management System.
Reporting to general management
