Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a successful, multi-national and multi linguistic team of Contact Centre Representatives in Barcelona. Working hand in hand with a global supplier of Business Process Outsourcing for complex business processes and services.
As a Contact Centre Representative your daily responsibilities will be:
• Provide information to the client and answer to all claims, concerns, suggestions or queries related to the contracted service
• Provide technical support on digital products, using databases, troubleshooting tools, knowledge articles and other complex resources.
• Follow up and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage claims, suggestions, and hearing customers feedback on the product.

• Long-term contract, initial contract through a temporary employment agency (ETT)
• Salary between 18K – 20K gross per year (N. 9 – Contact Center 15392,41€ + Plus Idiomas (1339,80€) + Language Adder (1339,80€) + Bonus (Hasta 60€/M)
To be successful in this role you will need:
• Excellent/ fluent language skills (verbal and in writing) in one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Swedish or Dutch.
• English as secondary language is required
• Be comfortable in customer-facing/ customer-focused roles and able to adapt to different personality types
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Multi-tasking capabilities, priorities- and time-management skills, along with the ability to work independent as well as within teams
