Process vendor invoices (including Intercompany invoices);

Ensure GL/Cost center coding is correct for vendor invoices (PO and non-PO based);

Route invoices for approval according to reporting matrix and business rules;

Perform periodic vendor statement reconciliation;

Resolve vendor queries within defined timelines;

Handle exceptions generated, perform root cause analysis to resolve current issues and act proactively to avert potential issues in future;

Provide all information, documents and reports for audit. Post audit; take steps as per corrective action plan drafted by the Team Leader;
