Job Description:
Multinational company|Looking for a Contact Centre Solutions Delivery Manager

International company focused on marketing, sales and customer experience.

Lead the deliveries of a team of Contact Center Engineers which includes 3rd party partners.

Focal point for all demand on the team, acting as Business Analyst and Delivery Manager for all changes.

Participate in the creation of new and exciting products and services for the Contact Center.

Carry out research to help us push the boundaries of Contact Centre innovation.

Support internal teams for guidance on 3rd Party applications and integrations, such as integrating with Salesforce, Zendesk etc.

Carry out assessments of solutions, identifying areas of optimisation for client delivery.

Management of 3rd Party providers and manage timelines for delivery.

Support users with Ad hoc requests and general support issues.

The focus is Business Analysis and Delivery Management, however some hands-on delivery may be desirable.
