Digital Agency that provides industry leading Digital Marketing services.
Improve and own the agency’s core services: redefine strategy, work-flow, metrics, capacity and creatives to refresh the core service offering to be able to generate campaign ideas, outreach tactics and content creatives that are meeting client’s objectives and specs, and are securing regular coverage and links in top tier media across the globe (Specialising currently on all English speaking and European markets.)
Lead a large team and foster performance-driven culture: As Head of Outreach and Digital PR, you will line-manage of a team of 3 managers and will be the responsible for the success of a team of 20+ specialists operation in 21 markets in 16 languages. To create a performance-driven culture in the team by training, mentoring and ups-killing.
Foster Client’s engagement: build a framework to measure and track success , outline the Outreach & Digital PR contribution to client’s businesses, design add-value reporting to clients and to internal Board. Be an active role in client and prospect’s scene to showcase impact and return of these digital disciplines.
Be the Agency’s key voice: you will be the person who aims for contributing to shape the industry by creating opinion in relevant events and trade press.
