We are looking for a 100% remote BI Developer to setup integrations with their solution. You will configure existing systems and provide internal and external user support.

In this role, you should be able to take requirements, solve and analyze incidences and work on customers onboardings. You should be a team player and excellent communicator. If you are also passionate about BI and software design/architecture

Your goal will be to work with customer success and product teams to deploy and improve their software.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to test and deploy and improve our software
• Solve incidences and execute manual history upload actions
• Integrate software components and third-party programs
• Develop documentation throughout the software rollout and incident management
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
