Assisting in the resolution of financial and accounting issues arising from Network, Controllers related to revenue recognition and credit liabilities.

Reporting to Network on monthly and quarterly deliverables, acting as interface for issues arising at Local Agency level.

Monitoring revenue at risk on a quarterly basis including assisting on drafting supporting documentation valid to recognize revenue according to USGAAP.

Monitoring of company contract liabilities and actively engage with on action plans to manage such liabilities.

Analyzing, drafting and amending:

wording on clauses with a financial impact, including revenue recognition

interim agreements and other types of temporary persuasive evidence

Preparation and updating of the Regional and Global Contracts Inventory

Assisting in the resolution, coordination and monitoring of the legal settlement process and release letters for Global/Regional clients

Assisting in support and resolution of any contractual issues raised by the markets

Assisting in the review and analysis of contractual relationships with associated financial risks.

Providing training related to revenue recognition in accordance to US GAAP rules and internal Policies.
