Job Description:
Graduate Expert Program: Your chance to realise your talent and shape your future. Our Saica Graduate Expert Program is a two years program which has been designed to grow in making an impact of the world while developing professionally and personally.
Successful candidates will be provided with a structured learning curriculum developed to strengthen skills and competencies to become an Expert in their function and a results-driven leader. This includes on the job experiences , extended leadership contact, formal training and professional development.
Our Graduate Expert program is as a stepping stone to bigger and better career opportunities within Saica as a Sales & Commercial Graduate Expert.
Some of the tasks you will be responsible for are:
- To manage and answer EC/GC Requests for Information (RFIs) together with the collaboration of the different departments (R+D+I, Quality, Environment, Safety, H.R., Production & Logistics, IT) as well as Saica Flex sites when specific site information is required.
• To coordinate with European Key Accounts Manager and/or KAMs and the different Saica Flex sites, in order to fulfill statistics and reporting requirements (monthly Sales Follow Up, Bi-monthly Report, Quarterly MORMs Report, Quarterly Roll Out Forecast, Annual Top 75 Customers list, Quality updates, Tender Templates, Contract Extension Templates, etc). SMC HQ: to do final compilation and submission to Saica Flex stakeholders.
• To support the EKAD, EKAMs and KAMs when coordinated action is needed with SAICA non-sales areas (Technical offices, R+D+i, Quality, Environment, Safety, etc).
• To support EKAMs for keeping European Customers Projects on system updated and fully efficient.
• To liaise/distribute/answer requests received from the SAICA website. SMC HQ: to distribute these requests among the different people responsible of SFX.
• SMC HQ: to centralize EC/GC activity on SEDEX and any other agreed platform (EcoVadis, Ecodesk, Aravo, etc.) , as well as all requests concerning EC/GC CSR issues, Quality & Sustainability Surveys, etc. – always with the cooperation of the different SAICA Group departments
- Marketing
• To prepare and coordinate all actions needed for the organization of all EC´s events and visits in his/her country.
• To support SMC HQ for preparing and coordinating all actions needed to organize the Annual European Sales meetings.
• To promote our USP in a quick and efficient way throughout SFX and towards external customers
