Job Description:
Experience in international companies in the Service/Advisory Industry|Experience as FD, including the whole Finance cycle, able to start tomorrow!
Multinational advisory company of a small/middle size
Reporting to the Regional FD Europe, as well as the Country Managing Director and his/her responsibilities will be:Monthly closings and monthly reporting packs preparation;
Budgeting, forecasting, and other processes instructed by group FP&A;
Assistance in the implementation of KPIs and setting KPI’s targets;
Cash management: review and approval of payments, debt management and monthly cashflows preparation;
Ensuring compliance with internal control, internal guidelines/procedures, and external regulatory requirements;
Ensure compliance with authorities such as quarterly and annual tax filings or Annual Accounts filings;
Assistance in the implementation of new accounting or reporting systems as instructed by the group’s controlling team;
Prepare ad-hoc analysis/production of reports as requested;
Maintains tight control over the project schedule, risks, scope of work and budget and SLA SSC;
Must ensure that a daily, weekly, monthly and annual plan is in place. This plan must ensure that all roles are adequately covered (e.g. by using multi-skilling). This refers to Capacity planning (together with CMD and HR) and cross training across the financials;
Contact with and appropriate assistance to external and internal audit;
Recruitment, illness management, performance appraisal are managed in cooperation with HR.
