Resumen Basic Purpose of Job Fast and accurate data entry ability in a CMMS environment (MAXIMO) Entry of equipment and its maintenance plans Support engineers with Risk Analyses for maintenance plans Entry of instruments and calibration plans Support engineers with Risk Analyses for calibration plans Support batching and dispatching of work orders to facility personnel Review and audit work orders for completion and quality prior to entering into the system Work with facility personnel (mechanics, engineers etc.) to draft and review job plans for preventative maintenance and calibration Sort and file completed work orders Maintain clean, organize and safe workspace Comply with all the policies and procedures of BI Accountabilities Is responsible for equipment data entry in MAXIMO: Equipment and Maintenance Plans. Is responsible for instruments data entry in MAXIMO: Instruments and Calibration Plans. Is responsible for revision of data of already executed maintenance and calibration plans before being introduced in CMMS. Continuous interfaces with many plant functions: engineering, production, quality, logistic, controlling, and IT. The job holder must interact with engineers and the GBS Preventive Maintenance Organisation. Experience with MAXIMO and SAP Preventive Maintenance Module is a plus.
