Large multinational company -Industrial sector|SAP Basis Senior Manager

Large multinational company that develops its activity in the production of different products.

Support upgrades, new installation, SAP patches and coordinate global SAP BASIS Technology Team.

Maintain overall SAP platform health.

Maintain and improve system monitors to ensure system performance.

Participate in the technical roadmap activities

Introduce a collaborative team environment within team and support teams.

Coordinate status for escalations and communications to senior leaders.

Involved with functional teams to improve SAP system health

Designs and safeguards SAP architecture to technologies for solution integration.

Support SAP projects ensuring a safe and quality up to the standards.

Incident Management: Be able to troubleshoot issues from OS level, including work process monitoring, logs, OSS notes, performance analysis, and key participant to ensure a complete Root Cause Analysis.

System Monitoring: Logs, Work processes overview, Lock entries, Updates, background jobs, system health check. Ensures healthy SAP systems performance.

Provide and improve SAP systems performance optimization.

Be in sync with SAP best practices

System refresh tasks, Client copies (local client copy, client export, client import).

Define processes and checklists for all regular technical processes ( patches, upgrades, add on validations, SAP notes, etc..).

Coordination on OS/DB migrations, SAP upgrades, SSO configuration, installation of SSL certificates.
