Job Description:
We offer a 6-month project with the possibility to stay afterwards|Helpdesk technician & infrastructure management with 2 years’ experience

Important multinational laboratory and leading pain management company in Spain

Main responsibilities

Help with configuration and solve issues related to Microsoft software:

Windows 10 + Edge

SMB file shares and DFS

Shared printers

Office 365

OneDrive

Teams

Active Directory users and groups

Help with configuration and solve issues and related to Apple iPhones:

MDM enrollment with Intune

Emails, calendar and contacts synchronization

Safari

Network connectivity troubleshooting (ethernet with Cisco Switches, DHCP, MS VPN/DA)

Help detection of hardware problems together with PC vendor

Hyper-V virtualization and Veeam Backup

Netapp storage

Help users to configure Windows/Office to best suite their specific needs

Train users with general tools

Guide users through the detection of malicious emails
