Job Description:
Buscamos a un/a profesional especialista en selección|Se valorará experiencia en el Gran Consumo
Our client is a World leading company in its sector.
Recuitment:
Ensure a first class recruitment and selection process experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Partner with the hiring managers to ensure that accurate information is used for the recruitment process, thereby ensuring targeted and quality recruitment.
Conduct professional Performance/Strengths based interviews.
Analyse the success and improvement areas of the recruitments in you perimeter to develop targeted recruitment initiatives if needed.
Talent Management and Development:
Support the implementation of global training initiatives and tools, and provide regional trainings aligned with the international offerings.
Collaborate with Managers to identify training needs. Provide support determining quality training and development solutions.
Others:
Support on the implementation of the HR Agenda and Global HR Tools (Amplify, Engagement Survey, Onboarding, etc...)
Advise employees on daily administrative topics.
Provide HR input for Business Planning processes.
We offer a 6-month contract (extendable)
