DESCRIPTION

You will be accountable for the end-to-end process to capture customer requirements and to guide the rest of the organization to convert them into products that will be added to our product portfolio. You will be conducting analysis, doing consultancy, helping to (re)design the solution and managing the project till its implementation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Analysis
Work together with the customer´s business units to understand the requested product functionality, detect gaps and provide advice to our customers.
Work with the other areas of the company and lead the analysis of business requirements to elaborate a solution proposal.
Elaborate commercial proposals.
Write functional specifications for the product development team.
Write Feature Descriptions.
Project management
Lead the e2e process to deliver the proposed solutions.
Report to the Customer and to the company’s Management the status of projects, providing alternatives to eliminate blockers, reduce delays and minimize risks.
Unit, and integration testing
Support the Test team on Test definition and bug analysis to make sure that our solution matches what the customer needs.
Product Management, follow up, and recording
Create definitions of new products.
Make proposals to Improve the product portfolio and increase the product capabilities.
Be the company Product Evangelist; demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the functions, features and benefits and share that insight, for example by providing training to less experienced colleagues and by revising and enhancing product manuals.
Other BaU
Sharing subject matter expertise to others in the organization or supporting others in their efforts to deliver.
Assist in the day-to-day operational activities.
Perform and/or assist in the regular customer operations.
