Job Description:
Manage team of sales representatives and key account managers?.|Interact with functions in the country and hub functions.
Our client is a non food FMCG world’s premiere manufacturer. Leading a consumer home appliances and accessories category.
Have responsibility for revenue generation in the country.?
Manage salesforce (i.e. reps and KAMs).
Participate in sales activity with selected top accounts.
Support senior sales reps in attracting new clients and developing the business in the country.
Coordinate marketing strategy and required marketing material with marketing function.?
Act as transmitter between sales representatives and marketing function.
Participate in hub review board and review meetings with hub leader?.
Selectively participate in functional projects (e.g. introduction of new products).?
Administratively manage country (e.g. signing contracts, managing the office etc.).
Ownership for revenues and topline business in a country?.
Understanding of the bigger picture in the country in the hub - ability to effectively interact with non-sales functions.?
Personal obligation to uphold hub and EMEA leadership expectations.
Feeling of responsibility for business beyond own country and resulting importance of overall strategic frame set by hub and EMEA leadership?.
Leadership courage to make decisions and provide guidance.
Personal accountability for consistent application of guidance and policies?.
