Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a successful, multi-national and multi linguistic team of Contact Centre Representatives in Barcelona. Working hand in hand with a global supplier of Business Process Outsourcing for complex business processes and services.
As a Contact Centre Representative your daily responsibilities will be:
- Provide information to the client and answer to all claims, concerns, suggestions or queries related to the contracted service
- Provide technical support on digital products, using databases, troubleshooting tools, knowledge articles and other complex resources.
- Follow up and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage claims, suggestions, and hearing customers feedback on the product.

- Initia contrat trough ETT and posibility to join the company
- Salary arround 19k gross per year
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Excellent / fluent language skills (verbal and in writing) in French
- English as secondary language is required
- Be comfortable in customer-facing/ customer-focused roles and able to adapt to different personality types
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Multi-tasking capabilities, priorities- and time-management skills, along with the ability to work independent as well as within teams
