Job Description:
Great opportunity in European HR department|Looking for a candidate with high level of English
Company with 30 years developing systems for passive fire protection of buildings, in order to ensure the safety of people and property of customers.
Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating HR goals, objectives, systems and activities
Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies, procedures and programs. Maintain company Policies and Policy Manuals. Recommend changes, improvements and updates to corporate HR regarding employment policies as necessary
Responsible for leading the European recruiting process, which includes job posting, interviewing candidates, job offers.
Provides HR recommendations to manager on how to handle/address employee relations issues
Create, run and evaluate reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals and diversity efforts. Stay abreast of local, state, federal and global employment laws including, but not limited to: FMLA, ADA, minimum wage, FLSA, and various discrimination laws
Assure compliance with local laws and corporate procedures.
Initiates and prepare termination paperwork, including termination letters and benefits letters, and administering of exit interviews
Responsible for the European employee engagement process and leading activities in Europe.
Responsible for employee on-boarding including but not limited to; new-employee orientations; pre-employment contingencies; maintaining employee data within the HRIS, conducting employee stay interviews, answering all employee inquiries
Oversee European annual performance management process.
Assists in organizational training and development efforts
