Clients’ expectation management regarding project progress

ProjectManagement:

Responsible of business project execution and coordination

Manage projects since the definition of requirements until its delivery, taking actions and decisions through all the different stages (requirements, global backlog, deliverable review, timings, etc.)

Estimate staff needs and costs of the projects involved and follow the main KPIs to achieve project profitability

Problem solving attitude towards all the different issues that might come within the project

Promote internal collaboration to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in all the projects

Teammanagement:

Make easier for the team to achieve the goals and standards of the deliverables in time and quality

Develop and transfer knowledge to the team members
