Helpdesk and Project Management Representative|Services Company

Support:
Respond customer phone calls, faxes and emails.
Provide remote technical support to customers and Laerdal team members.
Consultancy and support to customers by phone, email, video calls, etc.
Remote support on networking integration, SimCapture and connectivity troubleshooting.
Demo stock control
Solve customer enquiries about non product related issues as a back-up for Customer Service.
Services:
Schedule Services in a timely manner.
Services contract renewal.
Activity report in SF
Keep data base always up to date in SF.
CX:
Manage and report project milestones properly in SF.
Contacting and interviewing customers as part of the Customer Success strategy.
Manage the Customer Success Journey, meaning setting up milestones, and communicating with team members to secure that the different steps are delivered by them.
