Your mission
Product & analyze focus. Alignment with Customer Service, maximize reorders, involved in the daily tasks to achieve department goals, etc
What will the role entail?
Support into all account management activities with Digital Key Pure players (sales, merchandising, stock, catalog, orders, reporting, etc)
Reporting (weekly/monthly performance x account), performance/ sales/ product/ stock/ deliveries/return, etc
Create and maintain product DDBB
Manage special productions (SMU)
Reorder management and stock monitoring
Correct tracking in order system in alignment with the Customer Service team.
Daily product issues and information
Support buying appointment
Assets management
Catalogue management
NOS forecast & replenishments
