Job Description:

They are looking for an UI/UX Lead Designer to join their team.
Responsibilities
Lead the UX design process for projects including research, user profiling, product mapping, storyboarding, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping.
Through an iterative design process, work with the Product Team and Stakeholders to produce designs that can be handed over to the technical team for development.
Ensure the Technical team outputs align and are compliant with the Design Standards required.
Influence and guide all resources within Product & Technical teams on the importance of UI & UX standards.
Take ownership of projects & activities, managing milestones, and delivering to agreed timelines.
Contribute to the overall Product Roadmap with suggestions for areas of focus,
improvements, and new feature developments that will benefit the Product and our clients.
Collaborate with Development team, QA and other Product resources to enhance and deliver new features.
As required, attend daily agile ceremonies to assist the Technical team with
questions/requirements on designs.
Drive for adoption of design standards across the teams to ensure consistency and high-quality from all areas of the Group
Work closely with the Testing team to drive for quality testing that incorporates the design requirements of the product.
Understand and keep up to date with UI & UX best practices through self-development and research activities bringing recommendations and ongoing improvements to the team and product.
Keeping up to date with the hospitality & tourism industry to ensure best advice and knowledge is in place to support clients and develop the product.
