To partner with the HR Manager, the Country Managing Partner, the wider partnership and other support functions to implement and execute the organisation and people agenda.

To contribute to the execution of business goals such as talent development, recruitment and retention, remuneration, performance management, career pathways, the work force of the future and diversity and inclusion.

To act as an independent and trusted advisor to the stakeholders of the firm and to the partnership at large in order to support the international people priorities and HR operating model.

To establish strong relationships with Partners and colleagues across the firm, continuing the growth of the firm’s values.

To work and collaborate with the International Talent Acquisition team with respect to recruitment activities for both experienced hires and early careers.

To work and collaborate with the International Learning & Development team to develop, evolve and implement the Firm’s Learning strategy, plan and practices, in conjunction with the overall people strategy.

To work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate learning needs into compelling, high impact learning experiences.

Support the HR team with respect to activities related to the employee life cycle as required.

Support new employee orientation including provision of information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages.

Support the management in activities related to Talent Mapping and Development and Employees Performance Review and any other activity related to employee’s workflow.
