Job Description:
We support the IE community and society with the best digital learning tools, developing people’s professional careers and achieving excellence in research, teaching and entrepreneurship, all based on our highly technological identity, and strong commitment to sustainability and culture.
The Library Coordinator will be responsible for the engagement and customer experience in services and products offered by the library at IE University. The selected candidate will diversify and adapt the portfolio of services and products that the library provides, to meet the learning and development needs of individuals. They will continuous analyse the customer experience, detecting niches and opportunities, and ensure that the customer experience flows to the satisfaction of the user and in an efficient way for the unit.
Key Action Areas:
•Management of the service of obtaining electronic and physical document (PIB), (articles, reports, etc.). Processing of requests and requests, control of reception, claims, returns, knowledge and management of sources of information and tools, both those subscribed by the library and those that are not subscribed by the library.
•Preparation of presentations of impact indicators of the Library.
•Training of users in groups and individually in English on products, services and e-resources.
•Diagnosis of electronic resources and resolution of incidents in access.
•Management e-syllabus. SEM, SEO, Wordpress, social media.
•Suscriptions e-resources. Impact evaluation and analysis.
