Minimum 2-3 years working as a Financial Controller in a multinational company|Excellent English level is a must. Experience in Real Estate is a plus

Important Real Estate multinational company is expanding across Europe and opened an office in Madrid few months ago. They are looking for a Financial Controller based in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have around 7-10 years of experiencem with at least 2-3 years woking experience as a Financial Controller in a multinational company. Previous experience in a Real Estate company will be a plus. Excellent English level is mandatory.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:

Be the interface between Mazars (their accountant) and all their third-party providers involved in each phase of the development (from pre-construction, construction, until practical completion).

In conjunction with the local Deal Makers, Development Managers and Construction Managers, you will operate all the contract-to-invoice, invoice-to-book and book-to-report processes and control procedures to build-up an accurate controlling from budget and contracts, to cash management, invoices and payments.

Update development budget over the life of the development.

Follow the execution of the different payments and responsible over the payment deadlines.

Participate to the preparation of the drawdown notices on each financing.

Drive the continuous improvement of thei financial processes through digitalization, automation, and scalability.

Have responsibility for the measurement of the profitability on each project.

Provide necessary support to prepare and send monthly drawdown/utilization request to Lender.

Salary package: Around 55.000 - 60.000 euros + bonus.
