The Junior Admissions Manager must be able to guide, advice, and finally enroll candidates applying to IE University undergraduate programs. The Junior Admissions Manager should support the continuous improvement of the programs working closely with the Academic team as well as the rest of the Admissions, Global Recruitment and Marketing teams.

Key Action Areas:
•Deliver a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire admissions process and until the day before the program start date
•Conduct admission interviews
•Excellent knowledge of the entire admissions journey
•Identify candidate’s needs and develop effective communication with Senior Managers of all five schools
•Support and execute admissions, enrollment, and retention events on-Campus and virtually
•Represent Global Admissions & Enrollment department on national and international events.
•Support the development of strategies that ensure success in recruiting high caliber domestic and international students while working collaboratively with the rest of the internal stakeholders including marketing, international offices, global recruitment and academic teams
•Support implementation of the action plan and propose new commercial/marketing actions.
•Lead the admissions process and follow-up with prospective students, ensuring the smooth running of the process.
•Follow up and support analysis of the sales’ results to propose growth solution
•Contribute to the development of IE University’s brand identity nationally and internationally
•Improve processes
