Key action areas:
•You will be part of an exciting team actively participating and taking the lead of cross-departamental projects.
•Organization and coordination for Summer and Winter Schools
•Work diligently to build relationships and communicate efficiently with all commercial teams and relevant teams across IE.
•Lead the coordination and operations of online and face-to-face events organized by the team.
•Deliver high-quality candidate experiences throughout the sales process/customer journey
•Responsible for administrative tasks, billing, etc.
•Create reports and assist in the preparation of statistics.
•Expertise in sales innovation tools (Power BI, CRM, Hubspot…)
•Assist in preparation of marketing materials
• Support teammates as necessary to build team-oriented environment and contribute ideas to innovative team atmosphere, to ensure continuous improvement, excellent experience, and outstanding reputation of IE programs.
