Job Description:
Provides support to the area of International Partnerships & Alliances. Responsible for the maintenance and control of agreement renewals, updates and mailings, managing the EWP Erasmus database to assure agreement quality control, while being the interface between internal stakeholders and partners for day-to-day operational logistics. Provide data reports along with support and lead on partnership related research and benchmarking projects. This position reports to Director of International Partnerships & Development unit.
Key action areas:
•Coordinate with Director and Legal Department the preparation and delivery of agreement renewals, new agreements, updates or cancelations
•Management of agreement tracking and full data base
•Coordinate and administer the Erasmus EWP platform for new, current, potential agreements & renewals for Erasmus+ partners
•Interface with partners for day-to-day partnership-related procedures
•Interface with internal undergraduate and master stakeholders for exchange related assignments.
•Prepare bi-annual data analysis based on needs, trends, and exchange balances, tracking exchange to masters on the Power BI platform
•Prepare report to present with updates, charts, data to support area of responsibility
•Prepare department fact sheets for partners
•Coordinate annual/bi-annual meetings for all exchange departments & programs across UG and Grad channel to discuss: developments, information sessions, and new agreements, discuss logistics, particular partners, and inquiries on balances, Q&As, etc.
•Support Director on research and benchmarking projects related to partners
•Track partnership activity across the different areas of collaboration
•Track all partner-run initiatives offered to IE students in order to analyze with director to promote internally with the appropriate stakeholders
•Provide support with IE commercial departments in organized partner / academic institutions activities for commercial or strategic purposes
•Manage general department e-mail, prepare templates for responses pertaining to specific areas of responsibility
•Effectively communicate deadlines, objectives, concepts, and ideas. Must possess the ability to see the “big picture” behind projects, daily endeavors and transmit this vision to others, particularly when leading a project or working with internal stakeholders.
