Your tasks:

? Creation of individual job profiles and search strategies in communication with the hiring
managers
? Innovative identification and active sourcing of high potentials through different channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
? Selection of suitable candidates on the basis of pre-screenings and interviews (by telephone, via video call)
? Collection and processing of relevant KPI´s as well as further development of existing
tracking systems
? Development of our employer brand in close cooperation with the marketing team
