Your accountabilities:

Provide leadership to the menu renovation process.

Establish the NPD work guidelines and verify its execution, to ensure that the NPD process follows the defined operational, safety and ethical standards.

Improve brand profitability through sales mix improvement.

Improve brand positioning and recognition through menu differentiation and innovation.

To improve manufacturing / operations processes.

Generate supply chain solutions for new foodservice opportunities requirements.
