Job Description:

International company based in Girona
1st line support function; answers, filters, and administrates the majority of employees queries and request
Answers incoming calls to the SSC, directs employees to self-help documentation and tools, logs issues and provides the SSC management with updates as basis for development
Manage region or countries HR SSC processes and systems, with focus on recruiting requisitions, manage employer branding and recruiting data management. At a later stage of implementation, payroll, T&A, travel and expense management will be part of the Shares Service Agent duties.
Responsible for the region or countries HR data compliance
Cooperate closely with the HR Business Partner, local HR Managers and Coe’s
Ensure best practices in HR Services
Local site HR support
· Follow Group HR processes and instructions for all sites· Update and maintain HR data through requests given by local HR Managers or HRBP· update existing Group HR system, implement improvements in current HR system· Ensure HR best practices with local HR· Provide support with quality HR data during budget and forecast periods· Prepare quality reporting with HR data for local / BU purpose· H&S platform maintenance· Provide support to local HR needs
