Establish and manage strategic relationships with IT and business partners to ensure IT plans and development efforts are well aligned with business goals.

Build and enable a team of managers who establish effective and trusting working relationships with all of your business and IT partners.

You will engage regularly with IT leadership, peers, and other technical staff to effectively implement and integrate new technologies and applications on a local and a global level.

Proactively identify project risks and issues; helps determine necessary escalation, mitigation, and resolution steps.

Develop and promote ideas for the continuous improvement of IT technologies, services, and procedures with IT leadership and the IT Process Improvement team.

Establish and monitors internal Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for areas of responsibility. Review the design of global technology platforms and advises in feasibility and sustainability of new technologies.
