Responsible of R2R process, leading a team of 5 associates under management.

Responsible of coordination with other company departments and third party providers in respective markets/countries.

Implement and ensure compliance with the procedures, controls and principles set by corporate.

Responsible of the day-to-day transaction and journal entries approvals, in accordance to corporate policies

Hands on with the regions’ monthly general ledger closing activities, inclusive of reconciliations, accruals, allocations, revenue downloads, journal entries, and variance analysis are accurate and in a timely manner.

Responsible for the quarterly HFM reporting of the regional entities.

Responsible for promoting the use of collaboration tools within the RtR team.

Acts as a steward for compliance on operational accounting policies and procedures and will look to proactively recommend improvements in these areas.

Hands on and responsible for RtR Audit and Accounting questions, concerns and inquiries.

Assures the integrity of the applicable financial accounting systems and controls.
