Job Description:
Project Developer Junior Large Scale|Evaluación de proyectos GF
3 years ago, the company raised more than 100 million euros of capital from a group of international private investors, and it’s committed towards its overall ambition to build an operational portfolio of 2 GW in the next 5 years.
Collaborate in the technical evaluation of projects in early stage for origination of GF projects, inhouse and with codevelopers.
Identify free capacity within the grid and land plots. Review of designs to obtain access and connection permits as well as engineering projects prior to start permitting process.
Help in the liaision with landowners, brokers, authorities or developers to negotiate and execute the lease or the purchase (or the option to lease or purchase) the land required for the project (PV field, inverters/transformers, and evacuation line).
Collaborate in the submission of the PLAs (Permits, Licenses and Authorizations) required for the project, including Administrative Authorizations, Environmental Impact Assessment, birdlife studies, Change of Land Use, Business License, Building Permit, Priority Project Declaration, etc.) required for the PV plant and associated evacuation infrastructure. This includes permits at the different administration levels: municipal, autonomic and state.
Support the grid access and connection permits request and approval relevant to the PV plant, in accordance with the current regulation (RD 1183/2020 and associated orders) and the TSO (Transport System Operator)/ DSO (Distribution System Operator) procedures evacuation line.
Support the inorganic growth (M&A) of the portfolio by performing the feasibility/crosscheck evaluation of the opportunities received from sellers.
Support the technical Due Diligence of projects secured by offers and about to be secured.
