Management of data quality requests & prioritisation

Scope requirements for and deliver secondary analysis or interpretative reporting based on organisational priority, working with technical leads and strategic partners to establish need and feasibility.

Ensure that analysis and remediation proposed are fit for purpose (effort/benefits)

Facilitate resolution of issues by acting as escalation for communication with our customers

Delivery & implementation

Provision of data specifications & delivery/implementation

Ensure development and management of comprehensive project plans to support the delivery of data corrective measures

Align project delivery processes & stagegates with Change & Delivery stream

Ensure with leads that resources and priorities are managed to maximise delivery of projects

Work with technical leads and stakeholders to ensure effectiveness of deployments, supported by leads.

Cleansing & Data quality assurance

Drive analysis, requirements & remediations to fix data quality issues

Manage the job performance of the team including monitoring work time, task performance, work behavior, etc.

Collaborate across other business services (finance, Marketing …) to understand their priorities around data and how this can contribute to data effectiveness (fit for purpose), in alignment with Data program & Data services strategy

Provide visibility to stakeholders on data quality projects underway

Promote good data and global standards

Project methodology & plans for data quality remediations

Requirements collection / data quality business cases when appropriate

Data quality performance dashboards - in liaison with Data quality controls & governance

Project updates to stakeholders, prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools

Team performance dashboards
