Monitor and oversee construction activities and personnel within the delivery timelines, including development plans.

Keep Board informed of overall construction activity progress & performance along with monitoring and review of construction key performance indicators.

Provide input to constructability reviews and manages the contractor activities.

Cooperate with all matters relating to health and safety, including following safe working procedures at all times.

Supervise & lead teams.

Manage the construction package elements of the procurement process.

Monitor contract performance against project milestones, budget and other established metrics.

Care for and sustain business relationships with multiple clients. Attending follow-up meetings with clients.
