From Iman Madrid we are looking for a Technical Support with Native Dutch language OR Native German language for an important multinational company.
Some of your daily tasks will be:
•Call taking (email, phone and support ticket system) from end-users.
•Categorizing calls into:
oIssues.
oChange Requests.
oFunctional questions (grouping into CR’s, required extra training etc.)
•Solving issues.
•Hand-over and managing issues to Level 2 Support for issues which couldn’t be solved by Level 1.
•Contacting end-users on behalf of Level 2 Support.
•Gathering information about Change Requests received + hand-over to Level 2 Support.
•Maintain FAQ’s and the Support knowledge base.
•Hand-over order related requests to local Marketing & Sales in the country.
What do we offer?
A full time job (39 hours/week) in the office schedule.
Long-term contract, initial contract will be trough a HR employment agency (ETT).
Incorporation is foreseen for this month - you will be fully WORKING FROM HOME (the company provides you with the equipment).
Salary up to 23K euros per year.
