As a Digital Assistant, you will be supporting the Website Team in the daily maintenance and evolution of one of our 19 websites in Continental Europe.
Responsibilities
Website management:
Work closely with the digital managers and the marketing teams to design and build pages on our European websites via a CMS, adhering to design principles and best practices
Assist the digital team with building and testing new functionalities on our websites
Assist on the implementation of CRO measures, personalization and A/B testing
Act as an expert contact/trainer for the digital and marketing teams to share best practices and manage new websites or new functionalities
Proactively maintain, improve and expand the Website Team knowledge base
Assist the Website Team in other tasks where needed
Website Testing:
Coordinate and execute pre- and post-go-live testing on site content and functionality
Liaise with the developers to ensure defects are logged, followed-up and fixed
Ticket management:
Manage the team’s ticket queue and make sure issues get resolved quickly and efficiently
Site maintenance:
Ensure all content/page build follows best practices
Post go-live checking
Detect and fix 404 pages and unnecessary redirects
International office in Barcelona
Temporary contract of 3,5 - 4 months
