* Processes are designed and developed taking into account GMP requirements

* Assuring compliance with ISO Standards and all other regulatory standards and requirements.
* Reviewing the quality system for suitability and effectiveness
* Developing and implementing all quality systems requirements and being the Site
Management Representative
* Understanding customer needs and requirements
* Adhering to specifications and procedures

* Establishing and maintaining an environment that encourages teamwork and
collaboration
* Responsible for operation excellence and benchmarking, learning and sharing
knowledge
* Financial responsibilities include total quality department overhead spending and
capital budgeting and expenditures
* Ensuring that the system enables all employees to have the necessary training,
knowledge and experience to perform their tasks
